Computer automation abuse...

I took our medications off of auto refill because our use doesn't sync well with CVS's schedule and their automated phone calls are a nuisance. Now they have real people calling to ask if we need anything refilled. What part of "leave me alone" are they having trouble with?

I keep track of what we use and what we need. I call it in and pick it up on my schedule. I realize auto refill is a convenience for some people but I'm not one of them. Opt-out should mean just that.
