Integrity is how you value yourself.

You must be in charge of yourself before you can be in charge of others. Leaders with integrity separate what is right from what is wrong and act according to what they know is right, regardless of personal cost.

What a pain...

I pulled some muscles in my arm last night trying not to fall off of a truck. Went to the Mercy After Hours Clinic and was treated very well EXCEPT the shot to relieve the pain hurt more than the pain it was supposed to be relieving. X-rays showed nothing broken and I was sent home with prescriptions for steroids and a pain killer that starts with "L" and ends with "abs." Ended up getting a pretty good nights sleep with that stuff. I'm also under doctor's orders to rest all weekend. Whatever shall I do?
